The original document should be pre-attested by the competent authorities (Issued in India by GAD/Home Deptts of the concerned State/CPV Div, MEA and documents issued in Germany by the Chamber of Commerce or the Landgericht or as the case may be)

Attestation of the Power of Attorney (POA)
Power of Attorney document to be attested should be provided with Original + one photo copy
Two photographs (pasted one on the original and one on the copy)

Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport
Copy of Aufenthaltsgenehmigung.
Original and one photocopy of the Life Certificate in the Format prescribed by the concerned Bank/Institution to be signed before the Consular Officer of the Post
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

Attestation of Will
[The applicant drawing up the Will is required to come to the Consulate personally. The applicant would be interviewed by the Vice Consul to ascertain if he/she has been influenced in any way or is in his/her senses when drawing the Will. If the applicant cannot come to the Consulate, for whatever reason, the Will is not attested. There is no relaxation to this rule.
